Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan yang rutin diadakan setiap tahun ini merupakan bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan untuk masyarakat sekitar kawasan Ancol Taman Impian dan karyawan internal PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk . Pada tahun 2014 ini peserta khitanan massal berjumlah 150 anak yang berasal dari Kecamatan Pademangan dan sekitarnya serta anak-anak karyawan perusahaan.

Dalam kegiatan ini PT Pembangunan Jaya AncolTbk bekerjasama dengan Rumah Sunatan yang terbukti sudah berpengalaman dan memiliki Standard Operating Procedure dalam melaksanakan kegiatan khitanan massal. Selain itu Rumah Sunatan sudah menggunakan teknologi laser sehingga mengurangi resiko pendarahan dan mempercepat proses pengeringan luka. Ditambah lagi Rumah Sunatan juga melakukan pemeriksaan pasca khitan dengan tim medis profesional. Selain Rumah Sunatan khitanan massal ini juga mendapatkan dukungan dari dokter-dokter dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia.


Selain sebagai bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab sosial pelaksanaan khitanan massal ini juga merupakan bentuk nyata dukungan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk untuk mewujudkan sasaran pembangunan milennium (Millenium Development Goals/MDGs) No 6 dimana khitan terbukti dapat mengurangi resiko HIV sebesat 60 persen herpes sebesar 28 persen dan HPV (Human Pappiloma Virus) sebesar 35 persen.
